From the start of the 2024-2025 academic year, the CAD will offer a one-year M.A.
“IMAGE”, representing 60 ECTS. This year will enable students to obtain dual CAD/Collège de Paris certification, recognized in 180 countries worldwide. The programme requires students to attend school for around 25 hours a week.

The program is divided into 4 stages.

Stage 1:

10-week internship in an advertising/communications agency, digital design agency, graphic studio, etc. (between July and the end of October 2024). This internship must be completed by a report to be submitted to the CAD by the end of November.

Stage 2:

Semester 1:
The course starts on Monday 6 November.
5 professional experts teach the different techniques and tools for creating visual content through practical exercises and productions.
– Photography, lighting and image processing
– Storytelling
– Motion/video and animation
– 3D
– A.I.
End of semester and submission of projects: mid-February 2025.

Stage 3:

Semester 2:
First week of March 2025.
Creation of a global, multimedia project using different techniques and understanding the interactions between them.
Free choice of subject (to be validated by the CAD)
The year closes with a jury at the end of June.

Stage 4:

A mandatory 3-month internship in an advertising/communication agency, digital design agency, graphics studio, etc.
This internship must be completed by a report that must be submitted to the CAD by the end of December 2025.

HOW CAN I APPLY TO THE CAD?

TUITION :

The tuition fees for the Undergraduates B1/B2/B3 programs and the double degrees M1/M2 are:

EU Students :

The tuition fees are 9,000 EUR per year (8,700 EUR + 300 EUR registration fee*) :

  • 300 EUR + 2,900 EUR i.e. 3,200 EUR (1st third of costs) payable upon registration
  • 2,900 EUR (2nd third of costs) paid by June 30th
  • 2,900 EUR (Final third of costs) paid by September 15th

Non EU Students :

The tuition fees are 10,300 EUR per year (10,000 EUR + 300 EUR registration fee*)

  • 300 EUR + 3,400 EUR i.e. 3,700 EUR payable upon registration
  • 3.300 EUR (2nd third of costs) paid by June 30th
  • 3,300 EUR (Final third of costs) paid by September 15th

For international transfers, bank fees are payable by the sender.

A staggered payment plan is possible for some residents (upon acceptance and subject to a surcharge of 300 EUR).

Tuition fees do not include cultural visits and study trips.

*Registration fee: this amount covers general administrative costs as well as individual insurance (taken out by the CAD) in case of any accident on the school premises.

Remarks
– The CAD does not accept bank cheques. Tuition fees must be paid into one of the school’s bank accounts. For international transfers, bank charges are at the expense of the originator.
– Tuition fees remain as announced at the time of registration for the entire programme (except for students repeating the first year, if the price increases) unless inflation exceeds 5% per year, in which case the fees will be indexed.
– Since the number of students admitted each year is limited, the full tuition fee is due even in case of withdrawal or exclusion from the course.
