For the 2024-2025 academic year, CAD will offer a one-year, part-time specialization in Fashion Management, representing 60 ECTS.
This year will lead to a double CAD/Collège de Paris certification, recognized in 180 countries worldwide.

This program is essential for training the next generation of leaders in the fashion industry, equipping you with the skills to succeed in an ever-changing marketplace, and with an awareness of today’s critical issues. Whether you’re a fashion professional, a fashion design enthusiast, a marketer or a stylist, this course focuses on the essentials of the fashion world.
This program requires 2 x 4 hours/week of attendance at the school.

The program is divided into 4 stages.

Stage 1:

10-week internship within a fashion house, brand group or ready-to-wear brand (between July and the end of October 2024).
This internship must be completed by a report to be submitted to the CAD by the end of November.

Stage 2:

Semester 1:
Start date: Monday, November 6, 2024.
This first semester comprises three learning modules.
4 active professionals teach the different professions that make up the fashion business

  • Module 1: Fashion design and business Trends, brand DNA and mechanisms
  • Module 2: Strategy and marketing Initial approach to understanding sales mechanisms
    (offline and online)
  • Module 3: Social footprint (sustainability, ethics, legislation) Assessment of social and environmental impact.
End of semester and assessments: mid-February 2025.

Stage 3:

Semester 2:
Start date: First week of March 2025.
This second semester also includes three learning modules.
  • Module 4: Commercial strategy, Sales management and understanding the customer
  • Module 5: Communication Campaigns, promotion and brand storytelling.
  • Module 6: Becoming an entrepreneur. Acquiring entrepreneurial skills and drawing up a business plan.
The year ends with a presentation at the end of June and an assessment of the skills acquired.

Stage 4:

A mandatory 3-month internship in a fashion house, brand group or ready-to-wear brand.
This internship must be completed by a report which must be submitted to the CAD by the end of December 2025.

HOW CAN I APPLY TO THE CAD?

TUITION :

The tuition fees for this part-time specialization are:

EU Students :

The tuition fees are 4,200 EUR and are to be paid as follows:

  • 300 EUR + 1,300 EUR i.e. 1,600 EUR (1st third of the fees) at registration
  • 1,300 EUR (2nd third of the fees) by June 30th
  • 1,300 EUR (Final third of the fees) by September 15th

Non EU Students :

The tuition fees are 5,300 EUR and are to be paid as follows:

  • 300 EUR + 1,700 EUR i.e. 2,000 EUR (1st third of the fees) at registration
  • 1,700 EUR by June 30th
  • 1,700 EUR by September 15th

Please note: there are only 12 places maximum available per specialization.

For international transfers, bank fees are payable by the sender.

A staggered payment plan is possible for some residents (upon acceptance and subject to a surcharge of 300 EUR).

Tuition fees do not include cultural visits and study trips.

*Registration fee: this amount covers general administrative costs as well as individual insurance (taken out by the CAD) in case of any accident on the school premises.

Remarks
– The CAD does not accept bank cheques. Tuition fees must be paid into one of the school’s bank accounts. For international transfers, bank charges are at the expense of the originator.
– Tuition fees remain as announced at the time of registration for the entire programme (except for students repeating the first year, if the price increases) unless inflation exceeds 5% per year, in which case the fees will be indexed.
– Since the number of students admitted each year is limited, the full tuition fee is due even in case of withdrawal or exclusion from the course.
