This programme allows students to specialize very quickly in UX/UI Design. It’s a skill that is very much in demand today, whether in the communication and marketing departments of large companies or in specialized agencies.

UX design covers the aspects of websites and applications related to a user’s experience and how they use them. UI on the other hand focuses on the visual aspect and the graphic identity of a website or a mobile application.

The courses take place at the CAD at a rate of 2 half-days per week from October to June included. This rhythm of study allows students to work in parallel to courses during a school year. The pedagogical cost of the programme can be covered by a company or an institution.

Students will be asked to design graphic interfaces while ensuring that the user experience is optimized. This curriculum has been designed by professionals in the web design industry who are aware of the needs of users.

UX—User Experience – is the art of designing a user’s experience on a website or an application. The watchwords of a good UX designer will be the usability and ergonomics of an interface for example.

To understand what influences the quality of the user experience, students will conduct user tests and performance analyses. This work is closely related to that of a UI designer. The latter will rather deal with the visual aspect of things. For example, deciding on the colour of the interfaces, the fonts used, the graphic identity. A UI designer’s first objective is to make a page attractive by optimizing the visual communication of the user interface.

Working as a UX-UI designer means taking into account these two realities in order to create interfaces that are as beautiful as they are effective. In our UX design training in Brussels, we support our students in learning a new way of designing interfaces. A new way of working whose secrets will be revealed by passionate teachers.
