PRESENTATION
The professions of interior architect and designer have evolved considerably in recent years. These professionals must be able to arrange public, commercial or private spaces, design furniture, accessories, imagine exhibitions, conceive cultural events…
On the other hand, a complementarity between architects and interior designers has developed over time. Indeed, the growing technical, technological and regulatory constraints are increasingly occupying architects. As a result, parts of their former tasks are now entrusted to interior architects. They now have the same level of education (5 years) and work independently or in collaboration.
In addition to their observational skills, their ability to find information and their ability to synthesize, interior designers are first and foremost creative. Once the project has been designed, he or she must direct the various trades, subcontractors or manufacturers, and control prices, deadlines and the proper execution of the work. Creativity and rigour are the keys to future success!
The CAD teaches its students to tackle all aspects of the profession. This richness and this relationship with the realities of the profession allow our students to easily find very good internships during their studies and a rapid professional commitment once they graduate.
