2 years – 120 ECTS – Postgraduate Studies

Fashion design is evolving. Stylists are now choosing materials that are more respectful of the planet, they are designing eco-responsible fashions, they are giving clothes second lives, they are working with new materials.

With the evolution of our society and behaviors, the creation of a new Fashion & Textile Design program from September on seems like the logical next step for CAD.

The training of future creatives begins at CAD, through the development of their artistic culture, their curiosity, the sense of proportions, volumes, materials, fabrics, colors …

In line with the CAD philosophy which best prepares its students for the realities of the professional world, the school will also prepare them for the real life of a fashion house. For this, they must learn to create the visual identity of a clothing line, the presentation of products, photography, the different components of a fashion show, …

Throughout this 3-year cycle, students will develop their creativity to be able to provide innovative solutions in their concepts. They will start by using “traditional” textiles to create women’s, men’s, mixed and children’s collections. They will then address the topic and the inexhaustible sources of natural materials as well as of recycling…

Finally, and the challenge is important, we will develop in our students the technical skills necessary to realize the most innovative ideas, to work with new so-called intelligent textiles and to understand the technologies of tomorrow.

They will be followed and supported in their ideas to one day create their own concept. They will meet designers, avant-gardists and stylists who make the fashion of today. They will also complete many internships. What better way to prepare them for the reality and the challenges of these beautiful creative professions with a bright future.

The CAD is an international institution. The classes are taught in English allowing our students to obtain internships abroad, take part in international workshops and get acquainted with foreign cultures through cultural visits and trips organized each year.

All those international experiences give the opportunity to our students to pursue international careers all over the word (USA, Brazil, Australia, Thailand, China…. and all the European countries).
