PRESENTATION
The objective of this CAD programme is to help students achieve true mastery of the tools and production of 3D imaging. These techniques are in full development in areas as varied as:
– urban planning
– architecture
– interior architecture
– design
– advertising
– packaging
– medical imaging
– scientific images
– interfaces
– video game decors
– virtual reality
– augmented reality
Virtual imaging is an integral part of all media production today. Our teaching philosophy and approach is to have the student understand the fundamental workings of 3D rather than simply learning how to use a 3D program.
We believe that versatility is increasingly essential, so it is possible to use software that best suits the student’s requirements, like Blender, 3D Studio Max, Cinema 4D and Lumion for example.
Students will be able to choose their briefings in order to prepare themselves for working in their future sector of activity. This programme allows students to specialise in one year to create a professional and attractive portfolio. It is designed for students or working professionals who wish to specialise more specifically in this new area of expertise while starting or pursuing a professional career or personal projects.
The courses take place at the CAD at a rate of 2 half-days per week from October to June inclusive. This rhythm of study allows students to work in parallel to courses during the school year. The pedagogical cost of the programme can be covered by a company or an institution.
